How can I assign a service using docker swarm based on user login?

I developed a Nodejs web application, This application having user's login when the user login into his account his profile page would be displayed based on his name then from profile page he has to access Jupyter Notebook from docker container. My entire UI is in outside of the container Jupyter installation and mount directory is in inside of Docker container.
