Between the user validating a purchase using Google's In-app Billing library in the app's local server and said purchase showing up in the app's Google Play Dashboard (the Payment Pending -> Risk Assessment -> Charged process), I counted a 5 minute delay.



Said purchase was made with Direct Carrier Billing, by the way.



Is this normal behavior, or is there something wrong?
