Mixing
HelpBook pages not showing in other languages
I have just translated my app's Help Book documentation to Italian. I have also created a test user account with the primary language set to Italian and the locale to Italy.
However when I open Help from the app, it shows the English-language version of the help book; not the Italian one. The same thing when I double-click the .help bundle from the Finder — even though the Finder is in Italian, the help files are still shown as English.
I've added the Italian pages in the it.lproj directory next to the en.lproj directory.
The Info.plist file of the help bundle also shows there's an Italian localization:
<key>CFBundleLocalizations</key>
<array>
<string>en</string>
<string>it</string>
</array>
This is the folder structure of the help book:
Contents/
Resources/
en.lproj/
index.html
InfoPlist.strings
BiggerPicture.helpindex
it.lproj/
index.html
InfoPlist.strings
BiggerPicture.helpindex
shrd/
styles.css
What else should I do?
