Visual Studio 12 Problem: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive

I have a problem since this morning. I cannot connect to TFS server, the solution is opened offline. When I try to click on "Go online" I have the following message:
TF400324: Team Foundation services are not available from server
win-52gbvel8bp9DefaultCollection. Technical information (for
administrator): The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected
error occurred on a receive.
I tried to delete the cache in the AppDataLocalMicrosoftTeam Foundation5.0Cache folder, and I tried to delete the solution .suo file, but with no result. In the last days a Windows 10 Update was installed, can this be the cause of the problem? How can I resolve? thanks
