Hyper V running Free PBX Asterisk

I have running Free PBX VM on Hyper V. Now I am trying to work with ari its running fine on the VM.
I am able to access 



curl -v -u aritest:testme -X GET "http://localhost:8088/ari/asterisk/info"


When I try to access it from my host machine (Win 10) via the IP in browser I am able to access it. 



http://192.168.0.108:8088/ari/asterisk/info


But when I try to access it from another machine in the same network example a machine running on IP 192.168.0.106, it seems to be unreachable. How can I get this working ? What am I missing?
