Docker compose Entity framework connection string Error
I am trying to connect to the db through entity framework using docker compose.
The connection string for entity framework is different from the one taken in dockerCompose.yml file, while connecting i get this error:
System.Data.Entity.Core.EntityException: 'The underlying provider failed on Open.'
The override.yml file which i am using is like this:
environment:
-ConnectionString=UserID=XXXX;Password=YYYY;Server=DbServerName;Database=AAAA;Integrated Security=true;Pooling=true;
ports:
- "44351:443"
DbServerName:
environment:
- SA_PASSWORD=YYYY
- ACCEPT_EULA=Y
ports:
- "5433:1433"
asp.net-mvc docker entity-framework-6 docker-compose
