GA Demographic Data Flat-lining

0

We have 76 individual sites which fire into a Rollup Account. We used to collect Demographic Data on the Rollup account but as of October 2017 the data being to drop until it eventually flatlines in Feb 2018. To our knowledge we have made no changes in the setting's that would affect this.

  1. Demographic and Interest Reports are enabled on the Property.

  2. I tried to link and Adsense/Ad Exchange account but nothing changed.

Please advise.

Regards
Kelsey

  • To add to this, I have checked Demographic data on the individual accounts that fire into the Rollup. They are all collecting Demographic data as normal.
