I want to develop a project that will check for a list of IP's if there are blacklisted or not, but in order to do that i need to know if there are any API's offered either from google or Microsoft that lets you check if an IP is blacklisted? I searched by myself but i couldn't find anything specific, does anyone knows how to guide me?
Thanks in Regards

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:
- "Questions asking us to recommend or find a book, tool, software library, tutorial or other off-site resource are off-topic for Stack Overflow as they tend to attract opinionated answers and spam. And why Google and Microsoft specifically? There are plenty of better known companies in that area. (Anyway, still off topic.)
