I want to develop a project that will check for a list of IP's if there are blacklisted or not, but in order to do that i need to know if there are any API's offered either from google or Microsoft that lets you check if an IP is blacklisted? I searched by myself but i couldn't find anything specific, does anyone knows how to guide me?

Thanks in Regards

And why Google and Microsoft specifically? There are plenty of better known companies in that area. (Anyway, still off topic.)
