1) I'm trying to open a existing PowerPoint slides in WPF program and edit it live. I would like to view and edit .ppt file in WPF window at same time. Further I want to embed annotated notes on slides(Like "ink" ) and save these notes along slides for future use. For input I want to use Leap motion
it will give input values in pixels. After editing .ppt file should be compatible with PowerPoint.
2) I would like to do almost same work as done in following question
but in Powerpoint and with Leap motion and according to current supported scenarios.
3) Upon googling I am unable to find a secure way to do in WPF , Should I move to VSTO (if yes please direct me right way to do it ) or it is feasible in WPF ?
wpf vsto powerpoint office-interop leap-motion

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what your actual programming question is. Can you provide one clear question?
