view contents of GeoLiteCity.dat using php

Is it possible to use the script here to view the entire contents of GeoLiteCity.dat? It doesn't map as a database in excel and I am wondering if it's possible to view the contents. Thanks.

Did you look at it before answering? It only returns row/record for a single IP address.

It's a reasonable question. Some a-hole immediately comments, "what's stoipping [sic] you from doing it yourself?" He apparently did not look at the linked script before spouting off. He then downvotes my question and deletes his comment. Neat. Is that how stackoverflow is designed to help people?
