woocommerce mini cart is working good in desktop but not in mobile

I am using woocommerce and wpbakery page builder I have added two headers one for mobile and another for desktop (I have done this by using wpbakery responsive hide on desktop and hide on mobile) I have two minicart one for mobile which is hidden on desktop and another one is desktop which is hidden in mobile.
The problem i m facing is it is working on desktop fine but when i switch to mobile it is not working.



Any help is appreciated.

1 I tried to upgrade a yummy sandwich made of two test slices (@JsonTest and @JdbcTest in my case, crunchy test code in between) adding spring boot 2.1 flavour to it.
