Cassndra Restart/Stop Serive is not working properly

I have started to use cassandra, So installed Cassandra in Centos 7 successfully. Now I am facing an issue with restart/stop cassandra service.



systemctl start cassandra command is working fine. However systemctl restart cassandra & systemctl stop cassandra not working properly,



Below is the response of command : systemctl status cassandra



Response:

On a failed save, the target takes 10d6 + 40 force damage. The target is disintegrated if this damage leaves it with 0 hit points. If you were to polymorph an enemy into a rat and then disintegrate it, would the enemy be disintegrated or would it just return to its original form?
