Cassndra Restart/Stop Serive is not working properly
I have started to use cassandra, So installed Cassandra in Centos 7 successfully. Now I am facing an issue with restart/stop cassandra service.
systemctl start cassandra command is working fine. However systemctl restart cassandra & systemctl stop cassandra not working properly,
Below is the response of command : systemctl status cassandra
Response:
● cassandra.service - SYSV: Starts and stops Cassandra
Loaded: loaded (/etc/rc.d/init.d/cassandra; bad; vendor preset: disabled)
Active: active (exited) since Tue 2018-11-20 07:38:23 UTC; 2s ago
