Broadcast 1 KBs of data to all users each 2 seconds
Is there any other approach besides web sockets to broadcast 1 KB of data to all website users each 2 seconds? Or web sockets are best practice at this case?
We're using REST on our website. And at first glance websockets looked like an overhead for single 1 KB broadcast. But what is an alternative solution?
