Show values in d3 horizon chart implementation by Mike Bostock

In cubism.js (https://square.github.io/cubism/) you see the values of each horizon on the right side, when you move the mouse over the horizon.

In this implementation
https://beta.observablehq.com/@mbostock/d3-realtime-horizon-chart by Mike Bostock this feature is missing.

What would be a good implementation to show the values of each horizon when moving the rule line by mouse ... like in cubism? Where could I find or store the values to attach them to the mouse event.
