Mixing
UiAutomator finding object in an object collection
I have this object tree:
i need to reach the login button
however when I do
UiDevice.getDeviceInstance().findObject(new UiSelector().resourceId("btn_login"));
I get back an object that does not exist
If i try to traverse all the objects in the tree from android.R.id.content, when i reach the relevant linear layout, i get a crash UiObjectNotFoundException claiming i don't really have the linear layout where this button resides.
How to access this button?
The same as above happens for btn_create_accounnt (sibling)
and linear_layout (parent) of this button.
