ASP .NET web application publishing failure

I am trying to publish my ASP.NET web application to a web server using ftp method.



However when I try to publish the method method, It built successfully but publishing
failed with following warnings:



1.Imported schema for namespace 'urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1' was not resolved.



2.The global element 'configuration' has already been declared.



I have followed different solution available across different forum. But none of them come helpful.I am using visual studio 2017.
plz someone help
