Insert xml section using .Net Linq

If I have the following sample xml message below. How would I add new a element section to the message using .Net Linq.



<Root>
<Header></Header>
</Root>


I want to be able to add the following new a new element section.



<TestCfg>
<CfgData></CfgData>
</TestCfg>


So the end result would look like this.



<Root>
<Header></Header>
<TestCfg>
<CfgData></CfgData>
</TestCfg>
</Root>
