implemention of rollapply function
I'm trying to make a rolling result for jumptestday function in jumptest package and I got the following error:
x <- c(1,2.4,3,7,9,10,5,11,23,16,18,22,33,6,21)
jumptestday(x,method="BNS")
An object of class "statp"
Slot "stat":
[1] -1.151371
Slot "pvalue":
[1] 0.8752103
When I want to implement rollapply function, the following error emerges:
f <- rollapply(x,3,jumptestday)
Error in zoo(do.call("c", dat), index(data)[ix], attr(data, "frequency")) :
“x” : attempt to define invalid zoo object
rollapply
