Laravel Blade passing data from layout to “child”?

0

You might think, just use an include, but for reuseability reasons I would like to keep the layout a layout without strong ties to the child.

The tabs layout

<nav>
<div class="nav nav-tabs" id="nav-tab" role="tablist">
@foreach ($tabs as $tab)
<a class="nav-item nav-link
@if ($loop->first)
active
@endif
" id="nav-{{$tab['title']}}-tab" data-toggle="tab" href="#nav-{{$tab['title']}}" role="tab" aria-controls="nav-{{$tab['title']}}" aria-selected="true">{{$tab['title']}}</a>
@endforeach
</div>
</nav>
<div class="tab-content" id="nav-tabContent">
@foreach ($tabs as $tab)
<div class="tab-pane fade show
@if ($loop->first)
active
@endif
" id="nav-{{$tab['title']}}" role="tabpanel" aria-labelledby="nav-{{$tab['title']}}-tab">
{{--{{ $tab['content'] }} {{ $loop->index }}--}}
@yield('content')
</div>
@endforeach
</div>

The inner form blade

@extends('organisms.tabs.tabs')
@section('content')

<form>
... // here I would like the $tab variable from the loop in the layout
</form>
@endsection

          I think you should use something like this:

          @foreach ($tabs as $tab)
          {!! $tab->innerform() !!}
          @endforeach

          And in Tab model:

          public function innerform() {
          return view('innerform', ['tab' => $this])->render();
          }
