Multiple matrix Clustering in R

0

I am the new learner in R and clustering therefore I have some question about.

I got 25 numeric matrix(which row=1397 and col=66) data :
list_df_pic

I want to cluster them to 2 or more different group as the picture show below:
the output i want

However, when I code as below :

output<-kmeans(na.omit(list_df[[1:17]]),3)

There was some error:

Error in list_df[[1:25]] : recursive indexing failed at level 3

How to clustering the matrix to different group? Is it possible to do that?
