How to stop passing extra parameters and stop triggering alert through browser in Url

0

My application URL has a parameter named tableName that reflects the input into the source with no encoding, leading to xss(cross site scripting).....
There are passing extra parameters called table Name and triggering alert through the browser.
Below is the Url:
? view=public/learn more& sessionid=6abd7434-8d46&secrekey=69eae33-9f08& tableName=wrtqvald3w60");alert(document.domain);$("tbz8&hg03f5vhz0=1&fcbz=1
problem:
This is identified as vunlerabilites which need to be fixed

  • please provide the code - and explain what you mean by 'reflects the input into the source'. Refer to this guide on how to ask a verifiable question - stackoverflow.com/help/mcve
