Arduino: “/dev/ttyUSB0” - Permission denied… Error still existing after usual fixes

1

I have a Ubuntu (18.10) System on my Laptop (Acer ES15).

I installed the Arduino Software that the "Ubuntu software" thingy wants me to install (arduino-mhall119).
I also tested "sudo apt install arduino" so i tried that packages/software too.

Long story short: I have this annoying "bug" with the permissions. When i try to upload something to the Arduino it shows me this error message:

avrdude: ser_open(): can't open device "/dev/ttyUSB0": Permission denied

I added my user to the group "dialout" (sudo usermod -a -G dialout julian)

That didn't fix it so i did following for some rights (sudo chmod 666 dev/ttyUSB0)

(The group "tty" doesn't exist -> compgen -g -> It's not listed)

I rebooted every time and i still have this error. I can use every USB Port on my laptop for USB sticks and so on. So they definetly work!

Does anybody know how to ultimately fix this issue? Thanks in advance. ~ Julian

EDIT: The group "tty" exists and i'm in this group

/dev/ttyUSB0 is when i connect my Arduino Nano - /dev/ttyACM0 is shown when my Arduino Mega / Uno is connected, but same error here.
