Getting Issue Service update 32 Bit to 64 Bit upgrade

In my visual studio 2017 , We have developed vb.net using WCF service in Windows 7 operating system develop in 32 Bit .
Now we are going to upgrade in Windows 10 Machine 64 Bit , whenever update service reference duplicate file create and aslo
getting error like Value type 'Methodname' cannot be converted 'Methodname' value type.

How to fix this Issue, Kindly provide solution.


I tried to removed DLL and re-created.
