Why mySQL transaction could not roll back on error?

I am trying to learn how to roll back the transaction on error. I created following storedProcedure to understand how this works.
CREATE DEFINER=`mytestlogin`@`%` PROCEDURE `insert_to_test`()
BEGIN
DECLARE EXIT HANDLER FOR SQLEXCEPTION, SQLWARNING ROLLBACK;
START TRANSACTION;
INSERT INTO test1 (FIELD) VALUES(10);
INSERT INTO test3 (FIELD) VALUES(100);
COMMIT WORK;
END
Test1 table has two fields namely, ID and FIELD.
Test2 table has two fields namely, ID and FIELD too.
I set table query purposely to test3 to fail. When I run, I get the error but it did not rollback transaction done on test1. (Its already updated)
The error I get is :
19:11:35 call insert_to_test 0 row(s) affected, 1 warning(s): 1196 Some non-transactional changed tables couldn't be rolled back 0.047 sec
Error does not detect that test3 does not exist either.
Any help is appreciated.

Found the issue. The error is due to engine. I should have set InnoDB. I was using MYISAM.
