ARKit: Add Sphere to SceneView if camera is moved 1 meter form the starting position and update the new and...

I am new to ARKit and this might be a silly question so please don't mind. I am trying to add a virtual sphere in SceneView whenever camera is moved to a new position which is 1 meter away from the previous position, and then update the new and previous camera position variable. This should also retain all the spheres in the scene. Code example would help more, thanks in advance.
