How to send an HTML email from a scheduler?

I have a scheduler to query periodically in my database in order to send email to my users:

I would like to use a view to render the HTML of my email but I get an error at the line where the view is rendered:
java.lang.RuntimeException: There is no HTTP Context available from here.
How should I do to avoid this error message?
