Clarification on boundary condition and solution
I am attaching a photo of solved example for finite difference method. I have not understood the boundary condition at line two....should it not be at x=5 and y=4?(marked in pencil)
Also in the third line from bottom, shouldn’t it be
$a_0u_3 +a_1u_7 + a_2u_{10} + a_3u_2 + a_4u_6 = h^2G(x) = 4times48$.
Is there a mistake in my understanding or are they printing mistakes?
Would appreciate clarifications on these two please (otherwise I have understood the solution)
