Limitation on ODBC Textdriver folder
I am working with ODBC Datadriver at the moment and have a small question about the folder of the System DNS folder and found a limitiation on it I can't find any infos about.
The program which uses the driver, in my case Crystal Report, is not able to find the txt files, if they are stored in a folder like this:
"D:ProjectsTestProject ßöäüÖÄÜ"
But if the files are stored in a folder like
"D:ProjectsTestProject ė öäüÖÄÜ"
they are not found. There is the same behaviour if chinese characters are used.
Does someone know what limitation there are so that this can be communicated?
I could not find anything. Is is limited to a certain code table?
I run it on a german Windows 10 machine.
