How to get the last auto incremented id in mongoose?
I have a id field in a collection (Product)that auto increments whenever a document is inserted via a HTML form. The collection already has a few documents with the id field incremented accordingly.
Now whenever a user tries to use the form I would like to display the id (that a newly inserted document will get) on the form.
For example, if the last document id was 22 and then the id input/label on the form should show 23.
How can I achieve this? I used mongoose-sequence plugin for auto increment
