Visual Studio 2017 projects issue : needs migration, incompatible

0

Screenshot of the same is issue is in the following url

I have tried below solutions for the same problem.

1.Modified and installed Visual Studio 2017

2.Right clicked on the project and tried to reload but that doesn't worked as well.
Issue while reload project is tried
It again shows a message operation could not be completed with the following link description
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/porting/porting-migrating-and-upgrading-visual-studio-projects?view=vs-2015

3.I tried changing the Targetframework to 4.6.2 (Which is working for my other projects) in .csproj file. This also didn't worked for me.

4.I also checked all the required .Net frameworks on my system

Can anybody help me to solve this issue ?
