I'm using the fluentd.

I am using fluentd on vagrant ubuntu bionic. I'm using the following code but I'ts not working

<source>
@type forward
port 24224
bind 0.0.0.0
</source>

<match *.*>
@type stdout
</match>

fluentd -c "filename" is the command I'm using to run and
I'm running a docker on the port 24224 only.

  • Can you explain a bit more what "not working" means? Try running it with -vv for extra debug info, turn log level to debug @log_level debug under both <source> and <match> tags, and double check if your docker is running with the fluentd driver docs.docker.com/config/containers/logging/fluentd
