Getting “Access denied for user anonymous” while creating new user in drupal
I'm creating new user in drupal using curl api. I'm using following api.
curl -X POST -H 'name: Content-Type' -H 'value: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' -H 'Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded' -H 'X-Csrf-Token: xpoP1lfPN6rXc9v_oWjgRAZKMorhIXiKFdwHaROK6Fk' -H 'Authorization: Basic d2ViOndlYg==' -i 'http://localhost/drp/test/user/' --data 'name=testuser&pass=testuser&mail=testuser@web.com'
I'm running this curl in terminal but, it's getting "Access denied for user anonymous".
I have tried to add site authentication from start curl command like this
curl -X admin:admin POST.......
(site user name: admin and site password:admin)
Still it's not working. Is their need to add any other authentication?

Enable create new user setting for anonymous user then curl is working. admin > config - Account setting. set "Visitors" in "Registration and cancellation" section.
