Paypal Confirmation Email add insurance parameter

I have integrated the paypal express checkout API. but when purchased a order my seller account email received an email from paypal with insurance parameter. I have checked paypal SET,GET and DO API parameters i have not added PAYMENTREQUEST_n_INSURANCEAMT and PAYMENTREQUEST_n_INSURANCEOPTIONOFFERED parameters. How can i removed insurance parameter in paypal email template. Issues while payment with debit/credit card if i am payment with paypal login then insurance parameter is not coming in email template.

On a failed save, the target takes 10d6 + 40 force damage. The target is disintegrated if this damage leaves it with 0 hit points. If you were to polymorph an enemy into a rat and then disintegrate it, would the enemy be disintegrated or would it just return to its original form?
