I am working on a react native project in which I am trying to create the file and also to write the content into it. For this, I am using react-native-fs but the created file is not found in the android device.

Also tried to write file with ExternalStorageDirectoryPath but facing the same issue. And irony is that, using the same code I am able to read the file which is generated from below code,

        var RNFS = require('react-native-fs');
var path = RNFS.DocumentDirectoryPath + '/test.txt';
// write the file
RNFS.writeFile(path, 'content to store in file', 'utf8')
.then((success) => {
console.log('FILE WRITTEN!');
})
.catch((err) => {
console.log(err.message);
});

After running above code, log is showing as 'FILE WRITTEN'. I have seen the same issue on github posted by another developer https://github.com/itinance/react-native-fs/issues/452
