UILabel Text Issues

I just create one view controller in which i have a UITableView and the UITextView. In TableView cell I have a Four Label in that i just remove the text from the label at the Primary setUp but i found that some Text are just remain at fixed their position even I remove all the text. Here is the attach image.Look at the the H.O. - Mahasagar Travel LTD

And When I tableView get the tableView Data it is showing from the second cell instead of the First cell. H.O. - Mahasagar Travel LTD Is remain at the first cell. Here is the Image.

I also remove the table View and reset all the stuff but the text is still their. Please any suggestions for remove this. Here is the Code.
