Javascript page print, disable dialog

I have js code that on click open new page and try to print page

$('a.print-pdf-link').click(function () {
var w = window.open($(this).attr('href'));

w.onload = function () {

return false;
});
});
</script>


Problem is this code force print preview, is there some way to force print page without preview and just download file
