apache active mq | failed to run query command due to jmx error
When executing "query" command I am getting below error:
Connecting to JMX URL: service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/rmi://localhost:1099/jmxrmi
ERROR: java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to execute query task. Reason: java.io.IOException: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException [Root exception is java.rmi.Connec tException: Connection refused to host: localhost; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]
Apachemq itself is running fine. It's just this query command is failing for reasons i m failing to understand.
The strange thing is on other machines we have similar setup/config running however no such issue on those machines.

Please check the port 1099 is on the listening state by using netstat command. If it is not present, change '<managementContext> <managementContext createConnector="false"/> </managementContext>' createConnector="true" in the activemq.xml file
