How to return disabled users from the VSTS / Azure DevOps API
I want to list users who have been disabled in VSTS / Azure DevOps. The documentation of the Users - Delete endpoint indicates this should be possible:
Calls to GET .../users/{userDescriptor} will return the user with disabled marked true. Other GET calls, which may return multiple users, can control whether or not deleted users should be returned using the disabled flag, which defaults to false.
However, neither the Users - Get nor the Users - List documentation contains any mention of a disabled flag.
Does anyone know how to use the disabled flag, as mentioned in the docs?
