Limited number of threads with OpenMP and VS08
The number of threads I can request using OpenMP with VS2008 seem to be limited.
On this example, the number of OpenMP threads is set to 1 even though I request 11, while requesting 10 works just fine.
Even stranger is the fact that the thread window in Visual Studio shows 10 active threads.
What could cause this behavior ?
