ALL_COMMITS and ALL_REVISIONS error in Gerrit API

curl "https://android-review.googlesource.com/changes/8716/detail/?o=ALL_COMMITS&o=ALL_REVISIONS"

crashes with an internal server error, while both

curl "https://android-review.googlesource.com/changes/8716/detail/?o=ALL_COMMITS"

and

curl "https://android-review.googlesource.com/changes/8716/detail/?o=ALL_REVISIONS"

work fine. Why? What is wrong with ALL_COMMITS and ALL_REVISIONS?

To me it looks like a bug, because if there are more than one revision like for change 8742 it is not a problem:
