fluent-plugin-salesforce gives error bad argument(expected uri object or string)

I have been trying to connect salesforce with fluentd using the fluent-plugin-salesforce, but I am getting an error:
[error]: #0 unexpected error error_class=ArgumentError error="bad argument (expected URI object or URI string)"
My configuration file is:
