How to easily raise Machine Check Exception for debugging

I am testing my exception handling code related to Machine check exception with trace32. I am not able to raise the machine check exception. How do I raise machine check exception in powerpc5500 and is there any provision provided within the processor to check or simulate different exceptions like machine check, system call, External interrupt, data storage, instruction storage
