Hello and happy new year.
I am using IBM WebSphere Portal, I created a collection of data for used the component search.
Finally I get the results in my page, but I need show the results in other page. the problem is that I don't found information in google.
In my content 1->>
I have link a component Search.
presentation template ->>
<form action='/art/Home/result2' method="post">
<table>
<tr><td>
<input type="text" name="search_query" />
</td></tr>
<tr><td align="right">
<input type="submit" value="Buscar"/>
</td></tr>
</table>
</form>
Now with action='/art/Home/result2' I can go a other page, but I lose the results.
Even if I redirect the same page, I also lose the results...
<form action='/art/Home/result' method="post">
.
.
.
<Element context="current" type="content" key="linkComponent">
Now I created my other page "result2" with content ->
<Element context="current" type="content" key="linkComponent">
Obviously if I redirect to the same page it will not work, it will not work on another page
Component Search:
header:
<table>
body:
<tr><td>
<% int i = 3; %>
<a href="/san/myportal[AttributeResource attributeName="url" separator=","]">
[AttributeResource attributeName="title" separator=","]
</a>
</br>
[AttributeResource attributeName="summary" separator=","]
</td></tr>
footer:
</table>
You can see "JSP" in my code, my intention was "response.sendRedirect to page2.
But The component show literal " <% int .... " :(
Thanks and sorry for my english.

I am not sure the exact problem you are having, are you wanting to have the search form on one page and target another page?
