How to calculate output from 3 types of intervals (price, position, allocation)?

0

We use versioned entities in our project.
My task is that given 2 dates (begin and end), calculate the price of an employee.
There are 3 entites to look out for:

Employees: basic info about the employee, what we need here is the WorkingHoursPerWeek field which can be anything between 20 and 40 hours.

Allocations: allocation start and end date, and workload which is a float value between 0 and 1.5

Prices: monthly cost of a role based on seniority level, and position.

Example:
The allocation of an employee changes from 100% to 80%. = 0.8 workload

The employee's working hours change from 40 to 20 hours per week.

The company increases the price of his role (BA / QA / DEV, etc)

Given we know the dates when these changes took place, how can we calculate the cost of this employee?
