Usage of URLACTION_FEATURE_ZONE_ELEVATION to be able to redirect between different zone webpages inside...

0

I have a problem with IE7. When I want to redirect from one page to another which of both are hosted in localhost IE shows this message "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled".

I already googled it a lot and the issue is not only about EPM or iexplorer.exe entries under policies. Both of them are correctly done but when ever a new update comes these values are being reset and I have to edit them again. Which is too much work considering that I have to do it for 200 client machines. So, I investigated a bit and come along with a Registry entry key called URLACTION_FEATURE_ZONE_ELEVATION . What I wonder is, Is this key can be used to disable the check during navigations from a page inside Zone A to another page in Zone B?
If yes, then how and what values should I set to where?
If no, is there any solution to my issue?

Thanks in advance.
