Why FPS is not showing any data in Chrome DevTools?

I was checking this article and found this Codepen about CSS animation:

I wanted to check the FPS for this animation. When I open the FPS meter, I can see the FPS is always around 60:

          1 I tried to upgrade a yummy sandwich made of two test slices (@JsonTest and @JdbcTest in my case, crunchy test code in between) adding spring boot 2.1 flavour to it.
