I have a acord xml starting with TXLife. I have all the getters and setters of all the tags in a jar file.Following is a code snippet of a spring boot application. I do not know what is wrong with the code. When i post a valid acord request using postman, i get the message "No body returned for response". In my pom.xml, apart from the normal entries, I have the below as well. Can someone please let me know on how to develop REST API to consume acord xmls.

pom.xml snippet

    <dependency>
<groupId>castorLifeBo</groupId>
<artifactId>castorLifeBo</artifactId>
<version>1.0</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-oxm</artifactId>
<version>3.0.5.RELEASE</version>
</dependency>

<!-- Uses Castor for XML -->
<dependency>
<groupId>org.codehaus.castor</groupId>
<artifactId>castor</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>

Code snippet

import com.seec.insurance.life.objects.*;

@RestController
public class SpringJava4sController {
private static final Logger log =
LoggerFactory.getLogger(SpringJava4sController.class);

@PostMapping(path = "/save-cust-info",consumes = "application/xml", produces = "application/xml")
public com.seec.insurance.life.objects.TXLife_Type
customerInformation(@RequestBody com.seec.insurance.life.objects.TXLife_Type txLife) {

return txLife ;
}
}
