CPP MSI Installer is not installing the dll having the higher version
I have a ClessEnabler.dll v91.02.01.13 in my system. When I am trying to install the MSI which contains ClessEnabler.dll v01.04.00.00, MSI installation getting successfull. But the dll doesn't override.
In _comp.ini file, REINSTALLMODE=omus was set. I have tried with amus as well as vamus. Still the latest dll is not installing.
Also I had logs while installing the MSI and it shows as "Won't Overwrite"
MSI (s) (E8:2C) [11:39:53:839]: Executing op: FileCopy(SourceName=CLESSE~1.DLL|ClessEnabler.dll,SourceCabKey=_C0103F24F186437CB2D26637057482DF,DestName=ClessEnabler.dll,Attributes=16384,FileSize=688128,PerTick=65536,,VerifyMedia=1,,,,,CheckCRC=0,Version=1.4.0.0,Language=2048,InstallMode=58982400,,,,,,,)
MSI (s) (E8:2C) [11:39:53:839]: File: C:Program FilesNCR APTRAAdvance NDCClessEnabler.dll; Won't Overwrite; Won't patch; Existing file has a newer version
This means installer is only check the last two versions i.e., Build and Patch version here (01.03 - 00.00) ?
Please help in resolving this.
Thanks in advance

Why are the first digits v91 and v01 respectively? The latter version would then be much lower than the first one? Typo?
