How do you escape a single quote in deploy.cmd password parameter?
I have a webdeploy package created by a Visual Studio build in Azure Devops.
I am attempting to deploy this package by utilizing the generated deploy.cmd
file
D:Agents...Foo.deploy.cmd /t /m:https://$(Server):8172/MSDeploy.axd /u:*** /p:*** /a:basic "-AllowUntrusted=True" "setParam:name='IIS Web Application Name',value=$(IIS_NAME)" "-enableRule:DoNotDeleteRule"
I receive an error from the generated msdeploy.exe command:
Error: The verb must be specified by using the -verb argument
I've been able to verify that this is due to a special character in the password. The password contains a single quote character.
How do you escape the password or this specific character so that it won't break the generated msdeploy command?

And you really really cannot change the password? Because I think that would be the easiest way to do this...
