Pass data from override method in viewmodel
I'm learning android databinding and I need to past id form override onItemClick method to the editTask method in the viewmodel with databinding. How to do it properly with databinding?
Observable field or something like that?
public void editTask(String description, String date, String time) {
Task task = new Task(description, date, time);
taskRepository.update(task);
}
@Override
public void onItemClick(View view, Task item) {
Log.d(TAG, "MVM " + view + " / " + item.getDescription() + " / " + item.getDate() + " / " + item.getTime());
description.set(item.getDescription());
date.set(item.getDate());
time.set(item.getTime());
}
